They all really care about our progress, our individual limits and how they can help us further our gains. Highly recommend doing a one month trial to check it out.

posture so I’m no longer having back pain.
I continue to come here with my husband and daughter as well. We love the high intensity workouts and the owner Jessica and coaches- Josh & Karlee are awesome.
They have Nutrition challenges a few times a year that help you with any nutrition/fitness/weight loss goals you might have.
I highly recommend OC Fit Westminster Boot Camp, if you’re in need of a great workout, family friendly atmosphere, and/or just want to make a change in your life and feel healthy & fit.

You def gotta build your team to support you on your fitness and healing journey. I've never been this injured before (L5 to S1 back issue and a torn hamstring from backpacking up a steep mountain).
These guys are great and attentive. And they will nudge/push you along because they can see you become stronger.
Highly recommend this gym. The vibe is chill but focused.
