Honda&Lexus Body Shop

I went to this body shop for an estimate on damage to my Acura. My experience was top notch from start to finish. The first thing I noticed was how clean and organized the place was. Auto repair shops are typically dirty and dusty with lots of car parts and equipment strewn around the work areas. This body shop looked more like a doctor’s office than a repair shop. There was not a scrap of trash on the ground, the office was neat and tidy, and I could see out into the area where the vehicles were being repaired by the technicians, which was also clean, well laid out, and free of the scrap parts. As I was waiting for the estimate to be prepared, the technicians and other employees that were coming and going all looked professional, dressed in uniforms and not screwing around, smoking, socializing, or on their phones as one often observes in the workplace nowadays. I was greeted promptly by one of the body shop office clerks, assisted right away by Cesar who treated me respectfully and was thorough and knowledgeable; he explained to me the different options and reviewed the completed written estimate with me in layperson's terms. After this experience there is nowhere else I would want to bring my car for body repairs. Highly recommended!
