  I discovered Claire and the Stand Tall class this year at the Yorba Linda Community Center. She is a wonderful teacher and her knowledge of the body is amazing. She knows the right exercises to keep us flexible and avoid injuries. I have a neighbor who received in-home therapy from Claire and he made remarkable progress during his recovery.

  What a wonderful, professional and caring company! My wife and I have used Claire and her staff on many occasions and we cannot say enough about them. Their knowledge, honesty, integrity, and genuine caring concern is really beyond words.
  
  We are seniors with various ailments, including Parkinson's, as well as back and shoulder injuries. We bless they day we discovered Claire. The convenience of the in home therapy is invaluable to older people. She and her staff understand seniors and their needs. The personal touch and loving approach are so important. I cannot say enough about Lifetime and Claire. Look no further if you, your parents or grandparents need physical therapy. What a special company and special people.

  Physical Therapy in my home!!! I am so thrilled, I am telling everyone I know what great care my mom received from Claire and Lifetime!
  
  My mom (age 67) had a full knee replacement in September and she left the hospital feeling very scared, weak, and in pain. Claire from Lifetime came to our house where she treated my mom in her bed, in her room, around the kitchen, and then later outside. Teaching my mom how to get out of her bed - out of her room - into her shower - how to do daily life activities with her new knee, the care and instruction were awesome!
  
  My mom didn't have to get in a car - she didn't have to leave her house - Claire came to her and brought her amazing physical therapy every visit!
  
  She taught my mom exercises, and worked with her many times throughout the week, encouraging her, massaging her, and helping her confidence grow through successes! When I had knee surgery years ago, I had to go to a physical therapist's office, go at their openings, get in and out a car, wait in a waiting room, etc etc - my mom didn't have to do any of that. Having the therapist come to our home was such a blessing!
  
  Claire not only was a great physical therapist but has become a dear friend to my mom as they spent many hours together getting stronger! I tell all my friends, Lifetime will help you get better in your own home, what an amazing service this is!
