  I have struggled to get back into shape or even enjoy moving my body for the past 4 years. My friend invited me to go with her and after one class I was hooked. I have gone three days a week (sometimes 4) since April and I have no plans of stopping. I have lost 15lbs, gained muscle, balance, and a new sense of self. I enjoy living in my body again. The trainers are all so welcoming, too. Stacey, Lisa, and Jami are my absolute favorite trainers!! Stacey is loud, hilarious, and she loves to get you to push yourself to your limits, safely! Lisa is the owner of the studio and is so warm and welcoming and her classes are really fun! Jami helps you really understand your body and how it moves. She is so passionate about what she does and it makes you feel passionate about getting fit! More than anything, when you join Core Precision, you’re joining a family of women who will cheer you on, always! I love this studio and the reformer family I have gained these last 5 months!

  My husband and I have been going to Core Precision in Yorba Linda for over 3 months. We were novices and began with private sessions with Lisa. She has been an awesome instructor, working patiently with us to ensure we are comfortable with the equipment and in getting our form right. This really helped build our confidence. She has continued to challenge us as we improve.
  We are now taking group sessions where all the instructors have been great. Each has a unique take and approach which keeps the routines interesting and fun. They also make sure new students are familiarized with the equipment and work to make them feel comfortable.
  As for the health benefits, both my husband and I feel stronger and have improved mobility. This is not just for the younger crowd! We would recommend it to older folks who want to improve mobility and core strength.

  Core Precision is amazing..one of the best work outs for all ages. All of the instructors are amazing and challenge you mentally and physically. I absolutely love the workouts and seeing the results. Lisa the owner is one of the kindness ladies and cares about everyone who walks through the doors. If you haven’t tried Lagree Pilates I recommend you do and visit Core Precisions you will not be disappointed!

  Before joining up at Core Precision I had only done your typical gym time or boot camp classes. I will admit that learning the positions and moves took some getting used but the instructors are amazing and patient. They know their stuff and are great at helping with form and instruction. The atmosphere is great, the studio is clean, the people are welcoming, and the owner cares about our success and experience. After a little over two months of going twice a week I have seen many non scale victories: the way my clothes fit, core strength, and I can’t wait to see how it helps my surfing. If you read this far, please try a 5 class pass, you will be hooked!

  Core Precision has done wonders for me! Not only have I seen physical changes, but working out here has also really helped me keep my stress in check, and given me that me time I was so desperately needing. As a busy mom of 3, I appreciate that classes are offered at various times throughout the day. The instructors are all wonderful! Even though these are group classes, each class feels tailored to each person- every move/exercise in class has modifications, and the instructors are making sure to adjust your form if needed. Truly a must for anyone looking to better themselves!
