  Transfers don't work on their own bus so if you want to catch another bus you have to pay for a day pass which not everyone needs. Sometimes you just need to change buses and they make it so you have to buy a day pass and force you waste money. Second driver made my day though so I'm not to upset about the situation

  Great service excellent to their customer and very honest about thing I appreciate their work I have a connect card and sometimes it always hurts to replace but they always bring me a smile when I go down there I appreciate Raj he's very funny and all the other people make my day in the morning or afternoon I appreciate talking to the front desk they are always honest and polite thanks for making Auburn a place with bus and smiles 😁 😁
