Mike helped guide us to the carpets we love, the free measure was great, the bid was clear and didn't change, and their installer Andy is one of most diligent skilled workers we've ever met. Highly recommend the company, people, and products.

My husband and I were very impressed and would highly recommend them! They do high quality installation and attention to detail. It was a pleasure to work with them on this project.

(October 3, 2020, 5:22 pm)I just had a complete tear out of old carpet and lots of tile, and replaced it with Luxury Vinyl Planking. Mike has been very helpful and patient during the selection and install process. The tear out and install guys, Avery and Jamie, were the best ever! They were right on time every day, efficient, hard-working, happy and very easy to work with. They were very knowledgeable and very good at what they do! I am very happy with the results, and while I shouldn’t need flooring again, I highly recommend FloorTex/Abbey Floors!

Avery and Jamie were highly skilled, patient, friendly and creative in transforming our home with vinyl plank and bedroom carpet. They took the time to add finishing touches truly was above and beyond any previous work we have had done. -

After agonizing about having to hire "box store" contractors to install a an inferior product, I finally came to the realization that I need to go with a good company. Abbey has been in Auburn for as long as I can remember, so I knew they were a good, reputable and trustworthy company. After reading several reviews on different flooring companies, I decided to go with Abbey in Auburn. I spoke to Laura who made a special effort to get to my home quickly as I was pressed for time. She came out and we assessed my needs and she got back to me with an estimate very quickly. When it came time to have the floor installed the two gentlemen who came out were excellent. Avery and Eric did an outstanding job installing my Vinyl plank flooring and even went above and beyond to help carry a few of my heavier pieces of furniture back in(not part of the contract). They left my home clean and were very thorough. The product looks fantastic. It has only been a day, so I cannot review the product itself(I'll do that down the road), but Abbey flooring in Auburn exceeded my expectations.
