  This is a great place to live! Many families live here. We all look out for each other and feel safe. I can walk to the lake to swim or hike. I can walk to the store, post office, restaurants.

  I have lived in Granite bay mobile home park a little over a year now. I had relocated from another state and had difficulty getting a new place and making the transition into my mobile home. I was pleasantly surprised at how easy and how welcoming Sandy Garcia, the property manager made me feel and went extra links to make the paperwork and the move-in quite easy for me. It has been a very comfortable and warm year for me living here. There have been no problems with the people that live in the park, everyone is pleasant and very friendly. The few issues I have had regarding my trailer and fix ups I have taken to Sandy and she has always helped me resolve what it was I was asking about with warmness and a caring attitude. Sandy is always on track and makes sure the park is clean and a nice place to live in. I have only had one other property manager in all the years where I have lived in a community that has gone the extra mile and helped me and others and made living in a place so nice. I would recommend this park and the way that it is run by Sandy and Granite Bay properties Inc. to anyone, there are a few kids that live in the park also that are respectful and well mannered. It’s nice to be able to live here and not worry about things such as safety & cleanliness and that you can take things to her and know that they will be resolved in a timely and wonderful manner. Five stars!

  I have always had a positive experience here as a resident in this park. I’m very thankful for the monthly communication letters we get from management. Even using recycling envelopes to save paper for our space rent bills, so creative. Just like anyplace you live, great communication & following the very realistic & fair rules, keep things tidy, pay your space rent on time always make such a difference. Getting along with everyone & treating people with kindness make this a nice place to be. Like a family where everyone is friendly. Working with our Manager Sandy has been a bonus. A few other pluses- we have Low crime, Eureka school district has A+ #1 best rating in Placer County & we’re within walking distance from so much from our park,. Also our zip code is one of the highest ways to save money on home & auto insurance. All awesome things to be thankful for. Great location.
