  The reviews we read about Gecko Pest Control before hiring them were super positive, and our experience was totally consistent with that!  Both Rich (our service professional) and Magan (the office professional) were great communicators, incredibly friendly, and helpful in every way!  And we had a lot of questions up front - all of which were responded to, in detail.  Rich was super nice, and he took the time to find out exactly what was going on with the pests in and around our house, explaining what was going on and what he could do to help, providing details about the service that he was going to perform, and then doing exactly what he said that he was going to do.  Same exact thing at the next appointment.  And it played out in the way that he explained - the dead bugs showed up where we expected them, and (after just one visit) there was significant reduction in pests overall.  Rich demonstrates true expertise in this area and, as importantly, is really committed to his customers.  To me, it feels pretty rare to get this kind of service nowadays.  Our experience with Gecko Pest was so FANTASTIC that, if they started other service businesses, we'd hire them in a heartbeat.  And we will definitely recommend them to our friends.

  We recently moved back to Lincoln and made sure to book Richard with Gecko Pest Control shortly after we moved in. He serviced our last house in Lincoln and we were very satisfied with the service. We had ants inside and ants and roaches outside of our new house. He was very friendly and professional and made sure to ask questions to make sure all our needs were met. He also came back in 30 days for a follow up and was prompt and professional. Highly recommend!

  Would highly recommend. We had been at war with carpenter ants for over a year. we would win the occasional battle but never the war. They always came back with a vengeance. Finally my wife convinced me that we needed professional help. Called Gecko and they made my ant problem disappear. I have been using them for about four months now and the ants have not returned. Richard (the owner) is very professional. He always calls before coming over and shows up when he says he will. He has a great personality and genuinely cares about his customers. I will continue to use them for my pest control needs and continue to recommend them every chance I get. It is so nice to come home at the end of the day and know that there will not be a bunch of ants waiting for me on my kitchen counter or on the window sill. Thanks Gecko for helping me out big time.

  Rich had been so wonderful from his friendly smile, personable disposition and delightful conversation. Very knowledgeable and thorough. Best pest control service and friendly staff. We wouldn’t use anyone else!

  Richard was very professional, provided great service, and even went above and beyond by explaining some tips on how to handle future issues. I want to also add that the office staff was extremely professional and also very helpful and responsive. We have used them twice so far, this appears to be a top notch company and that usually comes from the top down. I would definitely recommend Gecko Pest Control and Richard to anyone experiencing any pest issues.
