I signed up for the Energy Genesis 3 day treatment. It was truly an amazing experience. The combination of light, sound and vibration is hard to explain. Each session I ended up in a dream-like state. I will admit I did not eat well like I was supposed to afterwards. I did drink a lot of water and the sessions caused me to do a lot of inner reflection. I feel I had the possibility of accomplishing more had I been faithful in my diet. It has been about a month and I am now ready to try the harmonic egg. The encouragement and positivity of the staff is outstanding! Thank you!

Vacations for me our time to relax and reduce stress. I have found that it takes me about 2 days to begin to relax and to enjoy the time away. Recently I found Lightpathways Wellness Center and their website discuss using light, sound and vibration to reduce stress. I was curious and scheduled an appointment.
After a brief intake interview, they introduced me to their 2 types of resonance chambers that would accomplish my goal of reducing stress. Each chamber involves being able to relax inside a closed chamber that has lights, music, and some gentle vibrations. They called these the Energy Genesis and the Harmonic Egg Resonance Chambers. The latter chamber was the best for me.
After a brief introduction of the process, the door to the chamber was closed and I began to listen to the music and look at the gentle illumination of the chamber's lights. Soon I could feel the tension beginning to release from my body and I drifted mentally with the sound of the music. As the time past, my relaxation increased and any anxiety disappeared. When my hour concluded and the chamber door was opened, I was amazed at how relaxed I felt. It was as it I had been on vacation.
