Some of the best customer service I’ve ever had. There unfortunately was an issue with shipping (UPS was at fault not the shop) and it was resolved very quickly and professionally by Gill. Great purchase experience for me and I got my new skates in less than a week all the way across the country. At first i was going to order a certain size and I was in- between size ratings so when I called over I got the perfect advice and then got my order in that day and was shipped out immediately. The Sway 60s I ordered are absolutely perfect for me and the sizing was spot on. I will be ordering again for sure and get some additional things I want so I have no doubt I'll get the perfect recommendations for what I'll need and for what I have.
