Total Body Fitness - Multisport Training and Racing

I have had the pleasure of being part of the TBF family for over 3 years. The guys, Bill and Mark, have put together an amazing organization for training and racing triathlon. If you are a newbie or seasoned triathlete, you won't be disappointed by training with or attending a TBF event.

My son is new to Mountain Bike Racing. TBF events are smooth and helpful. Very impressed and looking forward to more events in the future. Thank You

This is an awesome organization. They make everyone feel like a star no matter if you are an expert racer or if it’s your first race. They also train athletes in various disciplines so they can improve. They also give back to their volunteers too.

TBF has always put on great events. Gives me a good excuse to put down the beer, get off the sofa, and get moving. Events are well organized. Bill and Mark are two of the nicest guys around. Will be racing with them until this body tells me to quit..
