Blind Spot

So, let me first begin by saying that I was quite impressed with the knowledge that the owners shared with me when I was beyond overwhelmed by my window covering choices at my brand new built home. I was nervous to say the least. Jeannie Noll was beyond informative and gave me many options to choose from. Her husband, Tom, took precise measurements.... WOW! We ended up going with a motorized choice and I am quite happy with the results. Let's talk about results. The reason I am so happy with it all is because of their amazing installer, Scott Parker. Dude was a rock star! He was professional, courteous, knowledgeable and just over all a great guy who absolutely cares about the end result and the customer being HAPPY. He helped me set up the automation and was extremely patient. It was about a 6.5hour job and he never complained .... being in real estate, I hear many unhappy stories, but was thrilled to have the positive energy at my home. I hope Blind Spot realizes what a fantastic employee they have. He represented their company extremely well!

We came here to get Hunter Douglas plantation shutters (Palm Beach) installed for the remaining two rooms of the new home I recently purchased. They sent a representative to take measurements, and told him to match the existing shutters.

The end result is that I can't tell the difference between Blind Spot's shutters and the original ones. They look great.

I bought blinds and plantation shutters from these folks twice over the years, and they provided excellent service and value both times. Years later, the chain on my vertical blinds broke. Lowe's said it was a specialty item and that I should go online to a find a supplier. My wife called the Blind Spot to see if they could make a recommendation, and Thomas, the owner, said, 'I'll mail one out to you.' He did so, free of charge, years after installation. That is the kind of service that you have to appreciate. I've referred several people there over the years, and will continue to do so.

I am so thankful for the owner, Thomas! I had been looking for a tilt rod for my old plantation shutters for months. Most places I called didn't even know what it was. After speaking with Thomas and explaining what I needed he said he would see what he could do. Low and behold, a few days later I received a Fed Ex package with the tilt rod! It was the perfect fit and color. He didn't charge me anything and did this out of the kindness of his heart. Thank you, thank you, thank you!! I wish I could give you ten stars!

These folks are absolute pros! They have been doing this for many years and it shows. Professionalism like no other window treatment company in town! Measures were accurate, lead times exactly as promised, selection of product is vast. Advice on the right treatment for selected window-door....perfect!!! Call them!
