Perryman Painting & Remodeling

Tim and the Perryman team have been amazing to work with, projects are not complete yet. But as soon as they are we will post the amazing pictures.

I was managing this project for a family member that lived in the house and I found everyone to be courteous/ flexible/ understanding/ clean. The work crew was respectful and timely with there arrivals. Every projects has hiccups but this project went better than I expected. I would recommend Perryman again and again.

I had significant experience with Perryman Painting this year. Initially I had interior painting and my cabinets painted, this took about a month but I am very happy with the results. This fall I had them come back and paint the exterior. It looks great, looks like a new home. The quality of their work is superior.

I gave Perryman Painting 4 stars because a 4 1/2 stars was not offered. My feeling is that no matter how great a company is there is always room for improvement. I originally collected three quotes for the painting. Perryman was not the lowest bid but impressed me with the professional approach when looking over the desired work, offering suggestions and giving a complete quote. The complete job included exterior and interior painting, all woodwork and doors and painting of the kitchen cabinets. We did have an interruption during the work due to a false Covid scare but Perryman restarted the job on an agreed upon date and quickly finished. Some needed touch up was found and taken care of after the main work was completed. The reason for not giving a five star rating was a break down in managing the job. Promised crew size did not happen and often crew members were changed. Also at the very beginning of the kitchen cabinet portion we requested some glass inserts in the top doors. Five weeks later we were informed the glass pattern selected was not available requiring an addition 4 weeks. Overall the job took 60 days when the expectation at the beginning was 2 weeks.

Perryman painting was professional from beginning to end! They always showed up when they said they would, and each member of the team was friendly and polite. We were always kept informed with updates, and they held onto their timelines. Their estimate was transparent, and there were no billing surprises when the job was done. And the job was done beautifully!! Such great quality. I will use Perryman in the future, and if you're reading this, suggest you do too!
