Awesome experience! The door is beautiful and the guys who came to do the work were enjoyable. They did a wonderful job but also kept us entertained! :) One even fixed my bathroom door! Great guys and great experience overall.

What an easy experience! We contacted HomeStory and they sent a great sales rep to help us pick out the door and hardware. They ordered the custom door: it took about two months to come in. As soon as it came in, they called to schedule the install for the next business day. The install team was great! They were on time, very friendly, very fast and detail oriented. Our new door looks wonderful and works perfectly, thank you HomeStory!

I LOVE my doors! This is the second time I have used HomeStory Sacramento for my doors. They always arrive perfect! James, Lauren and Jeff all went above and beyond to make sure my doors were just what I wanted. I had an odd size door, they gave me some options to choose from and in the end, they all are BEAUTIFUL! Thank you HomeStory!

Love the new door. The communication was great before I signed the contract. We weren’t in a rush for the door and paid half. We were told it could take up to 12 weeks. I sent a text message to our sales consultant, Lisa, but got nothing back after several weeks had passed. I called and left a message then sent another text. Still nothing. I eventually called the Sacramento location after sending an email and spoke to Sara. She was great. She verified that Lisa was alive and okay which I thought that she could have possibly been another victim to the coronavirus which was why I hadn’t heard anything back from her. Sara called me back after verifying that my door was in and ready. She set up the appointment for installation which was pretty quick. Lisa did finally communicate back but was no longer needed since Sara took care of everything. The day of installation went great. The guys came and got the job done quickly even with installing my new smart lock. I still have not heard back from Lisa as a follow up but I am guessing that once the contract is signed and money is paid she no longer is concerned about the order experience.
We are very happy with the new door and the window. The light has made our entryway so much brighter.
