Nortech was a great outfit to deal with! Quality product, great prices and amazing customer service! I highly recommend them for all your compost needs!
Due to COVID, they have updated hours of operation. The dump is open to the public M-F 7am-5pm and Hazmat 8am-5pm. NO WEEKEND HOURS DURING COVID.
For it being the local dump, employees are friendly and are staying as sanitary as possible wearing their masks and gloves during COVID. Please protect yourself and the employees by wearing masks when you arrive.
They've always been helpful with questions about proper disposal and waste drop off is open to the public on weekdays currently due to County operations. One of the gals explained to me that Nortech is contracted by the county, which is why only the dump is open to the public (since it's ran by the county, including the $ booth) but other parts of the site are not (aka Nortech sells the compost, but this is not open to the public currently).
