    Josh at this location was incredible. He was knowledgeable and friendly. He set our phones and hotspot up in record time. Give him a raise!!!

    My mother lost her phone while in the hospital. So I got a prepaid phone to try and get her something for time being and tried to activate. Another store said didn't have Sim cards and I was pretty frustrated because seems like holding out to save for new activations since commission. The woman there helped me out though, gave me a new one, and said didn't need to access account to change and just call customer service. Ended up getting it activated so I'm grateful as hell to her for helping me get this figured out, because it was simplest thing to do but I couldn't get done elsewhere for whatever reason.

    Great but overpriced if you've got the money it's worth it otherwise look somewhere else
