MDSTAT Urgent Care Roseville

You go to an urgent care for the doctor, and if that was all the review was based on it would be 5 stars. Dr. Alfred Gaddis was really great, even calling us the next day to check to see how things were doing.😊 Since that is the main reason you go to urgent care, I gave it more weight. The problem we had was that despite there being no other patients there that we were aware of, the wait time after we were brought to the exam room was very long. Vitals were taken and then at least 30-45 minutes passed before we saw Dr. Gaddis. In the meantime, the nurses and staff were congragating outside of the exam rooms socializing and laughing. When you are having an urgent medical issue, this is something you really don't appreciate. 🙄

This place is great super clean and friendly doctor and staff. They really took time to listen and to help . I wasn’t sure if I had broken my wrist or not so I had an X-ray done. The doctor not only explained in great detail what was wrong but showed me in my X-rays as well. He was able to give me a referral to an Orthopedic to follow up on what’s going on with my wrist. Which I can say other places don’t do. So needless to say I am super happy that the issue with my wrist is going to be taken care of properly.

Having your son break a bone for the first time is scary! I was so impressed by the doctor and his demeanor with my son and me. Although the results were scary, he was so calm and my son never felt scared. That was so important for me. He was also very informative and spoke slowly and made sure you could follow along with everything he was telling you. I felt blessed to have him as our doctor in that moment!

Had a wonderful experience with the staff, they were all friendly and clearly following precautions. Facility was clean, easy to find and had quite a bit of parking secluded from the shopping center.
I was able to get in and out within one hour, including X-Rays!!!
