(August 10, 2020, 3:46 pm)It says Baptist Church on the sign but it has a more non-denominational feel. Laid back worship and the pastor tells it like it is in love. Jesus is Lord and His love for all is apparent in all they do. Check it out!!

(December 22, 2018, 10:46 am)First Baptist Church of Tahoe City provides an inclusive, teaching atmosphere in an informal, welcoming setting. First Sunday of the month celebrates the Lord's Supper. Children participate in the bread and juice sacrament as Pastor Scott teaches its meaning and proclaims the Jesus as Lord and Saviour. Sermons are clear and understandable as Pastor Scott teaches Biblical lessons combined with historical background information which provides a greater appreciation of the full concept being shared. Music is a blend of contemporary songs and long-cherished hymns. The church is heavily involved in providing community support services including a much-needed childcare program called), "A+"
