I had a troubling issue arise today with my property manager and cleaning service. They decided that they would not clean, return all of my linens or return my keys. I didn't want to bother the Sheriff's office but I felt like I had no choice being over 4.5 hours away. I had to scramble to find a new manager, get my cabin cleaned for the guest coming in later that afternoon and to get my property back. I could not have done this with out having keys or lines. Deputy Rick Wroobel responded to my call right away. He got the property manager to return my property and checked to make sure all the keys were returned and the lock box was working properly. I feel so grateful to have such an awesome Sheriff's department be as responsive as they were to a non emergency matter. Deputy Wroobel communicated effectively and was respectful to all parties and got the matter resolved right away. Thank you for all your good work - you make your department shine!!
