(December 17, 2021, 10:45 pm)Me and a group of friends had a really good experience renting a house in Truckee for a week from TurnKey Vacation Rentals. We found them to be extremely responsive to our needs. The check-in process was super-smooth and the information provided was very detailed. The house we rented was very clean and comfortable. It also had an extremely well appointed kitchen. At one point, there were five of us working in different parts of the house. Sometimes, we were on zoom calls at the same time. I would definitely rent again from them. I'm taking off one star only because an exceptional experience, at least for me, would require that we did not have to contact them for anything during our stay. Plus points for being dog-friendly!

(June 22, 2021, 1:22 pm)This was a great rental due to the communication and availability of Turnkey whenever I needed them. The house was clean, as described and access was well documented.
They were super proactive in all their emails and texts, and anticipated the exact information I needed BEFORE I requested it, in order to feel comfortable and make for a stress free stay. This was very refreshing and much better than the big names in the vacation rental market online.
I will definitely use TurnKey again. Thanks very much!
