Tahoe Moving and Storage

I have referred Tahoe Moving and Storage to several clients who always shared their praises. Last week I had the wonderful opportunity to experience their services first hand. I was impressed to say the least. They showed up on time, dressed professionally. They cared about every piece of furniture in my home and treated it with extreme care and caution. They asked specifically about placement of each piece upon arrival at the new place. At the end they asked me to walk through to check if they missed anything or if I'd like them to move anything. I had an extremely positive experience with the company from the day I booked the appointment to the updates leading up to the moving date plus the wonderful staff the day of. I will continue to confidentially refer Tahoe Moving and Storage to all my clients who need moving services.

I would consider Tahoe Moving and the customer centric team that moved me very responsive and professional, going the extra mile(no pun) to make my move a pleasant experience. Their "can-do" attitude was evident from the pick up to delivery. Thank you for a job well done, I truly feel I hired "the best in the business".

Very innovative help from TM&S to move the contents of my Truckee storage locker. TM&S Manager Jake said I could have a POD dropped-off in their parking lot. They would use their truck to repack and ferry the contents of my locker to the POD. Owner Doug and Austin did the heavy lifting and an amazing packing job to get all my storage 'stuff' into the POD. A day later the POD was on its way to our new home in North Carolina. Can't say enough about their creative and professional way of helping me move my things.

I moved out of my 3 story house in Truckee, stored my stuff with Tahoe Moving and Storage for 3 months, and then had them bring it all 500 miles away. I could not be happier with these guys. At both ends of the process they were efficient and very careful of my stuff and my house. The price was reasonable, much less than PODS would have been including the storage. Even with the 3 months of storage NOTHING got lost. I've moved a lot in my lifetime and I've never had everything arrive intact. I cannot say enough good things about these guys. I highly recommend them.

Nick, Tahoe Movers, really helped us out... we were not familiar with how oversized, extremely heavy, furniture items could possibly get moved from our garage, where the white glove movers ended up having to place, to the upper level of our house, via balcony, due to narrow halls and stairs... Tahoe movers and the crew were extremely helpful and Nick recommended many options for the extremely heavy oversized couch that could not be moved by them.
Nick recommended a crane service, that we used, and we hired Tahoe movers once again to be there while the crane did its job. JAMES, with Tahoe Movers, is definitely an asset, and I would personally request James through Tahoe movers in the future. Thank you Tahoe Movers for taking this stress off our list!
