From the first phone contact through the on site cleaning of my patio furniture, Team Smith was professional, courteous, and exhibited a 'can do' attitude. We had Smith's clean our carpets. It was very easy to schedule a convenient day and time with them and they arrived just as scheduled. Ernesto, the service man, was very professional and took the time to ask about areas we thought needed extra care. He moved furniture where needed and was very careful in moving the furniture back. He was very neat wearing shoe covers and when finished cleaning up after. He did an outstanding job which is a testament to the training and standards that Smiths set for their employees.
