Ample time was devoted to me even though another client was in the waiting room. No high pressure sales pitch was used to push me into making an immediate decision.

She always listens and adjusts my hearing aids to both my level of loss and current needs in the workplace (which can be very loud). The office is welcoming and professional, I always look forward to my adjustments.
