Awesome, came when I needed him, very professional. I would highly recommend him.

We called at 10:30 and he came to our campsite at Prado Park at 11:30. Very helpful. Found the problem with our hot water heater right away. Gave us suggestions how to fix a couple other problems as well. Enjoyed our visit with him. Prices were VERY fair.

So I shopped around and found Ross' Mobile Rv Service. I spoke with Bill the owner over the phone and he was very professional and you can tell he was very knowledgeable which is why I used him. I was having an issue with my water heater and also I wanted him to make sure there were no leaks in the Gas lines. I have a family and I don't want to have to worry about anything while camping.

We set up an appointment 2/16/21 9:30am - 10:00am. He showed up at my house at 920am. So of course he was right on time.

He had a nice greeting and was very friendly. I began to show him the concerns I had and he started running through the motorhome. He checked all the gas lines for any leaks. After he checked for leaks he said you don't have any leaks. He fired up the Stove and made sure he purged the gas lines and it started right up. YAYA!!

Now he moved onto the water heater. After his initially inspection he told me that someone has stolen my water heater circuit board. He showed me where it was supposed to go. I was shocked. He said it's ok you can order one at a dealer or amazon. So I went online right then and there and he helped me pick the correct one on amazon. Right On!!

He then said he has a used water heater circuit in his service truck which he can used to make sure the water heater is working. He connected the used circuit board to the water heater, went inside and turned it on. Sure enough the water heater fired right up. You should have saw my face. Absolutely happy!

He then went and fire up the furnace. Which did not start. I was scared at this point. Of course when you buy a used motorhome, you cross your fingers and hope everything is in working order. He then said since it has started in a few years sometime it takes a while for it to kick on. Sure enough after about 5 to 10 mins the furnace kicked on and we had heat. WOW I was worried.

He proceeded to give me the run down on my motorhome and how to work everything and gave me some amazing tips on how to do minor repair to the exterior or the motorhome which I greatly appreciated.

You can tell Bill is an honest man and didn't try to sell me anything I didn't need. He is a real professional, friendly and experienced.

He is also a Military Veteran, which I didn't get to tell him but Bill Thank you for your service.!!
