I just sold my house with Active Realty. Wonderful experience all the way. The agents and staff were so knowledgeable and helpful. Active Realty is very high tech with online transactions, signatures and virtual notary. Wow! Times have really changed since the old MLS days and those funny signs outside on your lawn.
