It was my second time getting an upper endoscopy, the first time was horrible it was done by a different doctor I told them about my anxiety and they didn’t care they were rude and mean and told me to shut up and I ended biting the scope camera and broke it. But thankfully they send me here with Dr. Jamal he was so nice did listen to me , helped me be put to sleep completely so I would not be scared when I woke up I didn’t even feel anything I was in shock of how good of a doctor he was and nurses that help him were all so nice made me feel safe. He made my fear of getting an endoscopy go away.
