Always helpful getting my items where they need to be, when they need to be there. Never had an issue dealing with usps. Kind of upset that flat rate shipping is going up 6.5% but that has nothing to do with this local branch.
Last time I was in there, they states they were closing early... which doesn't make sense, it's a government office. Their hours are set I thought.
The staff was very courteous and was able to answer all my questions. The female employee next to the employee that was helping me was definitely employed at USPS longer than employee that was helping me. So bc my questions were more specific and needed answered by someone with the knowledge and experience, that female employee stepped in and took care of me. She went above and beyond and made me feel so good. I will definently be coming again! Thank you
I've lived in the same home for 28 years and have been completely satisfied with the service provided by the Tremainsville/Wernert's Corner USPS. Despite the fact that the expectations of what and how much they deliver on a daily basis has increased substantially in recent years, they continue to do so without complaint. How long would you last in a job that requires trekking through drenching rain, searing heat, limb-breaking winds and polar vortexes across unshoveled sidewalks and steps to deliver junk mail, heavy catalogs and mail-order boxes--in addition to your essential mail? Those of you who are dissatisfied must remember that the Tremainsville office, along with their carriers, is just one point of access through which your incoming and outgoing mail is processed. They have no control over the decisions that decrease the number of employees or the closure of sites that require our mail to be sent to MICHIGAN before being delivered around the block. If you have complaints about service, speed or procedures, take them up with the Post Master General in Washington DC who, along with political cronies, is determined to destroy the USPS across the country in an effort to further stuff their own pockets. Before pointing fingers, start paying attention!!
