  This is by far the best gym I have ever been to. The workout is amazing and is different everyday. You have a personal trainer there helping you and making sure you are doing things correctly. Everyone that comes is treated like family by the trainers and the other members. BEST GYM EVER!!!

  The ability to workout whenever I can fit it in my schedule is the best and the staff are amazing!

  I appreciate that it caters to people at all levels or capabilities. I was in a bad car crash which has hindered certain functions of my back and knees and I am still able to participate at the same speed as everyone else. The trainers replace some of the exercises with something that I'm able to do. I leave there drenched in sweat every time. My friend and I usually go together, but I have gone by myself also, and it was fine. You move in such fast paced intervals that there isn't time for socializing anyways. I feel like I get a good work out in only 30 minutes.

  These guys are sick! I was fairly timid at first but through the use of their modern equipment, expert training staff and very proficient processes and technique; they brought my average self back into a slender confident athlete once again at the age of 42! I think we both have a birthday coming up Rick Calzada :) thank you young man... Go Patriots!
