(April 20, 2021, 3:19 am)Frankie is very polite and knowledgeable. He fix my toilet because it was leaking. He also fixed my water heater because I didn't have hot water. I thought the whole entire water heater had to be replaced because it's 2004 and they normally last 8-10 years. He fixed it without replacing it which made me believe he is an honest man, others wouldn't tried to fix it they would've told me to get a new one. I would definitely recommend him and continue to hire him if I need a plumber again.

Frankie came up with a plan to reroute the pipes without causing any destruction to our floors or foundation. He was great to work with and openly communicated his findings along the way so I could learn more about the problem and about our pipe system’s layout. Would definitely hire Pro Plumbers again!

We had a nightmare situation with a different company who were unable to figure out the job and left a mess and charged a fortune! Pro Plumbers came and redid everything correctly for half the price the other guys charged, and even cleaned up the mess/damage made by the other company, while also quickly isolating the problem. Pro Plumbers is fantastic, thanks guys!

(March 19, 2021, 11:19 am)We discovered a leak in the circulation pump of our water heater which stopped heating water after hours. We called and they immediately sent a technician out....they emailed us a photo of the technician so we would be comfortable with a "stranger" arriving at night. The tech was polite, efficient and was able to restore hot water that evening and returned the next day with a new pumps stem and completed the repair. We did not cost compare the service charges but were delighted the problem was handled so quickly and efficiently
