Luis was extremely helpful. Great guy. I couldn’t ask for better assistance and very honest. The office made us feel very comfortable and everyone we met felt very genuine.

Can’t say enough good things about Jesse, Daisy and the rest of the staff!! As soon as I walked in I was greeted by the staff with a friendly smile and they made me feel very comfortable. I spoke to Daisy regarding my policy and that I was interested in an Umbrella and Life Insurance. We were able to go over the different options that best fits my need and Jesse & Daisy explained everything in detail and not pushy at all. I got a lot of calls from a lot of insurance agents related to home insurance. I ended up going with these guys for 2 reasons. First, they gave me the best rate for what I wanted. Money talks, BS walks. Second, the agent was great. Johnny was very polite and helpful, had a good sense of humor, and was very respectful. Some agents were rude or dull, but this guy was just an absolute pleasure to work with. He walked me through everything and answered all of my questions. Highly reccomended.

Looking to transfer my policies with another state farm agent closer to home, I found Jesse McArthurs office. I worked with Kristine. Kristine is very knowledgeable and friendly. She answered any and all questions (and I had alot) regarding my current policies. She took her time to review everything and explain what each coverage covered in detail. She was able to provide me with better coverage that saved me some money than what my previous agent was able to do. She handled my account promptly and professionally. She made me feel like I wasn't just a number, but as if I was family. Highly recommend this office. They always answer their phones and are ready to help with any and all insurance needs.
