    I wasn't with Shelley for that long, but she helped me grow for sure. Over the course I had with her, I have changed into a better person and I understand myself more. Great therapist for teenagers, she has a young fun spirit that teens connect with.

    Shelley is an excellent therapist. She helped me through my divorce after a 28 year marriage. Shelley is thoughtful in her approach, a great listener and she makes you feel like your talking to a good friend.
    Her recommendations were so helpful.
