Louie and The Recovery Lab was awesome! He got us in on a Saturday afternoon with super short notice and immediately had my daughter’s sprained ankle feeling better. Super impressed and looking forward to her next appointment.
Love this place! Louie and team members are so professional and talented. They know exactly what I need. As a fitness professional, seeing them as part of my self care has really changed how I feel. They will be apart of my routine forever!
Did cryotherapy and boy was it COLD, though I love how I felt after. Definitely worth trying, I will definitely be back.
Highly recommend!! I brought my daughter (softball athlete) here for the first time today because she’s been dealing with a hamstring injury. Upon walking in I was greeted, asked pertinent information regarding our visit and we were then taken in for the first service which was the normatec compression session. I also asked for recommendation of services for her specific injury and was given many tips to help the healing process some of which were for at home care in addition to the services offered here.
In the back there’s a quiet, subtly lit open area with the equipment. Given that she’s a minor I was offered a place to sit nearby. After the compression session we moved over to the cryo tank which she has a love hate relationship with. I won’t speak on the effects of the services received because I didn’t get them. However, the customer service, environment, cleanliness, and prices were all commendable.
The only downside was finding the location as google maps kept leading me across the street to the tractor supply place (not their fault). The only recommendation I have is to add a flag on Hamner to make it easier to find. Other than that- it was a great experience and we will be coming back!
Best recovery spot in southern California no doubt. Walked in with some sore hips and a sore back. After some compression, stretching, and taking a turn in the cryo chamber, I came out feeling brand new. The guys in there treat you like family and do whatever it takes to get you feeling right. Really relaxed atmosphere with some awesome lighting. Definitely recommend for any athlete or anyone who is feeling sore after a good workout or sporting event.
