Never disapointed
Sally's entrance is wheelchair accessible, the store is kept neat. In my opinion, the aisles may be a bit narrow for a wheelchair. The Store has items ranging from nail polish to grooming scissors to shampoos, etc., etc., Sally is nicely stocked. I give it 4 stars because their staff is not as helpful or "nice" to deserve the 5 stars. There is definitely room for improvement.
Staff is very nice and helpful (but sadly not always the most knowledgeable - though with so many options it's tough to be an expert). Do your homework on what you want before you go (Sally's has a great website) and it'll be fine. Good return policy. If you buy a lot, the Club is really worth it, and gets emailed coupons. Some more common items might be a bit cheaper at Wal-Mart, but the selection is so much better at Sally's it's almost not worth the bother.
