The Hills of Corona Apartments

We scheduled a tour of the Hills of Corona Apartments and met with Michael. We were extremely impressed with our meeting with Michael and our tour of the apartments. Michael was very professional and friendly, and patiently answered all of our numerous questions. While there was not an apartment currently available for us, he took the time to share his insight on following up for future availability at the Hills of Corona and provided helpful information regarding other apartments in the area.

We moved into an apartment at The Hills of Corona last month and I can’t express enough how happy we are as new tenants. Our apartment had been completely renovated including hard wood flooring, new carpet in the bedroom, new kitchen countertops, and complete interior painting. There were several discrepancy items noted during the move-in inspection that were either fixed/replaced on the spot or within the first week by the maintenance staff. Michael in the leasing office and the maintenance staff consisting of David, Chris, and Pedro have been outstanding! Despite their endless workload, they’ve consistently followed up and responded quickly to repairs that were discovered since moving into the apartment, including replacement of the dishwasher with a brand new one. The apartment complex is quiet, and the grounds are extremely well maintained including the pool area, and gym. Neighbors in our building and everyone we've met have been very friendly and welcoming. Thank you, Hills of Corona! We are grateful and blessed to be residents.
