  I am very happy with the services provided by Gentle Dental. The office is very clean and inviting. Overall excellent service by all staff from you walk in the front door, to the interaction with the dental assistants, and with Dr. Saed. The entire staff is friendly and puts you at ease. Their professionalism and efforts to accommodate me with scheduling and treatment planning is much appreciated.

  Everybody was so personable and kind. And they really informed me and helped me on what I needed to do. They also respected my time since I work so much which I know is hard for them to accommodate to. I definitely recommend gentle dental

  I have had no problems coming here. Everyone is so friendly and fantastic at their jobs. They make me feel comfortable and are so welcoming. Highly recommend this place.

  Very friendly and helpful staff. Always make me feel welcomed.
  Alma is very attentive and the male receptionist(not sure his name) gives me reminder calls for my appointments.

  I would like to share my experience at gentle dental. The Staff/Doctors there are amazing. I have been going there for over 5 years and i do not have any complaints. The Manger is a great help when i have any questions regarding my coverage or just any questions in general.
  
  They do not pressure you when you need to get work done and schedule the appointments when the day best fits your schedule.
  
  BTW: if there are any complaints in reviews, keep in mind that those people have nothing else to do then complain about others.
  
  Those doctors try their best at satisfying the patients and as far as the facility charging the insurance right away, well let me tell you that they need to due to a time frame they have to submit claims and knowing the exact patient responsibility. I mean nothing is free! You want something nice, you have to pay the price.
  
  As far as refund request, those take weeks. It won’t be right away since it is a corporation.
  It’s all common sense!
  
  Also, Adriana is amazing!
  
  I would recommend this place!
