Jim is a highly skilled bodyworker who has dedicated himself both personally and professionally to the practice of healing. That dedication really shows. Jim's skill, compassion, and perception are front and center in his work. His Rolfing Structural Integration work is deeply informed by his long study of visceral manipulation, which means not only can he affect the body at that very deep level, but he can do it in a gentle and organic way that makes sense to your body. Highly recommended!

Jim is terrific. I'd never had any experience with rolfing prior to working with him, and he helped alleviate any concerns I might had and demystify the process. He's warm, friendly, and highly skilled. Since working with Jim, I've seen marked improvement in my posture, my flexibility, and my self-awareness of my body. I'm almost done with the initial ten sessions, and plan on scheduling check-ins in the future.

I was a bit nervous about my first Rolfing experience. Jim was Kind and Sensitive and it carried through his body work. He fully listens to what your body needs and helps you find the path to healing. I Highly Recommend Jim!!

Very nice tail. Not over crowed. Not to hard.

I wasn't sure what to expect, because I heard that Rolfing was very painful. But I had some very serious misalignments and I had tried a number of modalities already- to no avail. There were areas that massage just couldn't get to. Physical therapy had helped for a while, but things would revert back and eventually, I'd be in pain again. Same with chiropractors.

Interestingly, Jim was able to go really deep, without it being too painful because he just seemed to intuit how far to go, while still getting into the spots that needed the most release. After my first session, I was hooked. I signed up for the ten series and I was not disappointed. I do sometimes still have some pain, but he's always been able to do a spot check to get me back to baseline. I would recommend this guy to anyone in my position.

BTW- I have some very serious body image problems also; scars from surgeries, internalized shame, etc. and Jim was sensitive, professional, and worked with that stuff when I had problems being 'seen'.

Jim is a wonderfully intuitive, thoughtful and thorough body worker. I like to call him the psychologist of the body, as he hones in on issues I may not even be realizing, but are so clear once he has found them. He has helped me with both chronic back issues through the 10-session classic rolfing series as well as with more acute issues that have arisen since then where he also included other types of body work. He was especially swift and helpful getting my hips/lower back to realign and heal post-pregnancy and delivery.

Really nice walk. Not a huge elevation change and fairly wide trail. Tons of caterpillars and lizards on the trail, along with an abundance of wild flowers. We also saw a Heron and dozens of trout at the marina. Parking is $10 and trail is $3 per person. Great day!

Absolutely gorgeous!! A bit of a steep walk uphill, but absolutely worth it!! Would absolutely recommend coming here with a loved one to enjoy the view, or heck even by yourself! A real treat and hidden gem here!! :)

Visited during the 2019 super bloom. Absolutely stunning and beautiful. It's $10 for parking and $3 per person to walk the trail, but it is well worth it

This is amazing trail. You have to pay ticket for car and person. $3/person and $10/car to enter the diamond lake. Then you can walk to wildflowers trail. Just look at orange flag or simply see where the flower is. The flowers are only at north side of lake. It has several kinds of flowers including white, yellows orange poppy, blue, purple and violet. I like variety here. Besides, you can see 3 tallest snow mountains at south California: Mt Baldy, San Gorgornio peak, San jacinto peak. Of course you can see a big lake. This is a wonderful place to see flowers
