  Outstanding kind quality service from Jenny at the front office/intake who greeted me with a smile;
  Lilly the back office med assistant, who was very kind and efficient, and
  Andrea, the sweet compassionate Nurse Practitioner, who patiently and kindly removed foreign body from my foot.
  All of you are incredible and very much appreciated!!!
  Please do not listen to negative reviews, this Urgent Care Center has always treated me with compassion. The office is clean and staff are all very caring!!! MD

  Thank you 🙏🏼 for taking care of my needs in a timely manner! I appreciate this medical, kind, caring, professional, staff. I have been going ever since I moved out here it’s been about 5 years now I also have children. My experience service is excellent !!!! Matter fact I’m going in again today if they’re open (Presidents Day). See you guy soon!

  First time at Alliance Urgent care. Came in for terrible back pain (never had to go to the dr before for this, that’s how bad it was). Front desk were super friendly, polite and helpful. Wait time was pretty quick. Saw P.A. Jaime who listened to my hx without rushing. I ended up getting a shot, a liquid, fast acting med and a referral for an x-ray. I was out if there in less than an hour even with him monitoring me gif any reactions to the meds. Beat going to ER for this particular issue as I git the care I needed in half the time (including going in for x-rays close by, right after I left here). Keep up the awesome work Alliance, I appreciate and recommend you!

  I did not have an appointment and they got me in within the expected time. I had been suffering with chronic pain for over a year and told to take ibuprofen. The PA here recommended a shot and the next day I was pain free. It lasted a week but now I know there is something that can help. The office staff and nurse were great. Please remember to have patience in an urgent care. Urgent means appointments not necessary not that you will be seen within 5 minutes. They have your best interest at heart.
