Mountain Center Cafe

Fun little mountain town Cafe with a friendly staff and even better food. The serving size was enough to make me and my 6'4" husband full for the afternoon. I got breakfast and the home fries were the best I've had in a long time. They serve fresh brewed yummy coffee. My hubby got a burger and needed both hands to eat it. The made to order onion rings were fabulous. Without tip, our bill was less than $40, which isn't bad where I'm at since prices have gone up everywhere. If you want to save a few bucks, drink water☺️

Food was amazing... I had the corned beef hash, came with a beautiful poached egg 🥚 and a very nice hollandaise sauce 👍🏻 Service was great, kept my coffee hot. The over all atmosphere was ( HOME LIKE ) Adorable rugged interior yet very clean ... Exterior vintage and established looking. I can see why it's a local favorite... I was told by the owner of the lodge I stayed at to come here.. ( BLUE BIRD ) 👍🏻 I sat at the counter / bar .... Loved it and will return 😁

Great food! Reasonable prices. Nice atmosphere. Lots of seating inside and on the deck. Wonderful service! I come here every time I visit Idyllwild.
