(March 30, 2019, 6:39 pm)Had issues with my rear deraileur and chain slipping. Took my bike here to get fixed. Vincent was a very cool dude. The service was fast. He explained all the issues with my bike, what was fixed and why, and saved all my parts on the off chance I wanted to reuse them. 10/10 going back anytime I need my bike worked on.

(December 12, 2018, 6:42 pm)Don't let the location or the shop layout fool you, Vincent is amazing. The quality of his work and customer service is top notch. I will never go to another brick and mortar, retailer bike shop for repairs or service again.
