  This is a great medical group, my husband went in on aug 6 to renew medications and my other doctor was on vacation, he saw Kelli Smith a P.A and my husband really liked her very professional and knowledgeable. My husband and I have been patients for many years of this medical group, thank you for caring about us.

  I deeply appreciate Lyn Drake's rare combination of warmth and professionalism. More than once, her attention to detail has caught a serious problem that would have gone overlooked. I'm grateful she's part of the Rancho Family staff!

  Let me start with Dr. Gutierrez...I love this Doc! He always makes me feel welcome and is extremely easy to talk with. He takes the time to listen and be attentive to his patients concerns while being thorough in explaining and following up with any treatment protocols. I'm blessed to have been referred to him by Dr. Madrid, another truly wonderful doctor. You have a dream team here with these guys, no need to look elsewhere for a primary care! Last but not least I must give kudos to the staff...talk about being on top of your game, they deliver every time. Erika and Gladys...thank you for always being so helpful and going above and beyond. Your kindness and knowledge with which you do your job is an inspiration to me how compassion and competence can still co-exist in today's work place!????????????
