American Plumbing Service

I was happy that my call on Sunday (American Plumbing doesn’t do house calls on Sundays) was answered in a professional manner and during the MLK holiday weekend. He gave me an appointment for Tuesday. Plumber arrived on time to give me a free estimate. After which 10% is expected upfront if job is accepted by both parties, the remaining balance upon completion of the job. I appreciated that he let me know that it would involve some removal of the dry wall before he made any holes in the wall. He explained the work that had to be done. He recommended a restoration company to further assist me with the drywall installation. He did a very thorough and professional job. I don’t have any more leaky pipes which gives me peace of mind. Thank you!

Robert was professional, respectful, and honest. He clearly explained the root cause of the problem and quoted me a fair price. He cleared the clog in the septic line quickly and with the most efficient approach. He was honest about unnecessary repairs which was very refreshing. Thank you for your service. I would recommend Robert and his company.

Tim was on time and was very professional.
We will be using American Plumbing in future.

Had American Plumbing Services come out to do repairs on the main water line.
Tim did the repairs in a timely manner, he was also very professional and informative. The cost was as quoted from the free estimate, no more or less.
We would differently use American Plumbing Services again.

Robert Bernard from American Plumbing Service did an amazing job by installing a new water heater into our home. I called in the morning and he was here within the hour, signed the papers and he got it done FAST! I highly recommend his services and the company.

Today Robert and his assistant from American Plumbing Service used high pressure water jetting to clear and clean out the drain lines. They did an excellent job. No more plugged, blocked
drains. Thank God.

Installed a new water heater and did a great job of bringing all aspects up to CA code which we greatly appreciated.
