I don’t even know where to begin except be utterly grateful to the teachers and staff there. Leaving your little baby in the hands of others is a scary thought, but it is something that my wife and I had to do since we work crazy hours. The staff and teachers are wonderful. They are always willing to work with you and understand the nuances of being a first time parents. We had no family here in Canton Ohio and this was the only option for us. Looking back at the past 2 years with our daughter being a Kindercare child, we would probably still put her in daycare (especially this one) to facilitate learning and development. The amount of growth, both socially and cognitively that our little one has had over the past two years is immense - well beyond the normal early childhood development. I owe that development to this office staff and the teachers. They are wonderful, caring, kind, compassionate and patient. We will forever be indebted to the teachers and staff at kindercare for their care of Noelle. We are unfortunately moving out of state. We will miss every one of you. My daughter only got to stay here for a week but let me tell you how amazing they are. She was in the infant room and the staff are absolutely amazing! My daughter loved it here she would reach out towards the teachers when I went to drop her off so that's how you know they are great people! I highly recommend this place. They are very accommodating and they didn't mind me bugging them. If I could give more stars I would!! Thanks for everything you guys do !

As first time parents, in our 30's, in a city/area we are not from my wife and I struggled with finding a place we felt comfortable with. We were breastfeeding and using cloth diapers. Several of the facilities we had narrowed our list down to unfortunately didn't have experience with one or the other, or simply didn't want to deal with it.
I finally called this place after reading the excellent reviews. I talked to Brandy for probably 45 minutes. As a first time dad, with a daughter you could say I'm probably a bit overbearing when it comes to the thought of leaving my first born with a group of strangers. Brandy immediately put my mind at ease. She's definitely my kinda vibe. Laid back, chill, and straight to the point. They were more than accommodating with the cloth diaper and breastfeeding, and we loved the look, setup, and cleanliness of the facility.
This place is by no means close to our home. In fact there are 4 daycares within a 3 mile radius of us. Yet we still decided to make the trek all the way to North Canton. And I never even think if complaining about it. The wholesome and diverse ladies that work here make our family feel so comfortable. The communication is top notch. The curriculum and schedule has accelerated our daughter's development tremendously.
I could honestly go on and on and on about how great this place is and write an entire dissertation on the areas of facility, staff, syllabus, curriculum, ect. Rather Ill just say that Kindercare of North Canton has become our extended family. We appreciate them. And when I leave that building in the morning at drop off I never have the feeling of worrying about my child in ANY way. And for me, you can't put a dollar amount on that peace of mind. Thanks to Brandi and her team, they're the best!

The staff at KinderCare has been so gracious and helpful to our family! Not only do they genuinely care about the children and their families, but they also go above and beyond to accommodate as best they can. When we were pregnant, we committed to sending our child to KinderCare, but upon his birth we found out that he had many special medical needs, including being fed via g-tube. Brandi, Carrie, and the rest of their staff did not hesitate to troubleshoot with us and make sure we could still send our son there. We are so thankful for them and that our son gets to have the same experiences as other children his age!

We have had our daughter at this facility for almost 2 years and they are the best partnership for us as parents, and for our daughter. Every single day these directors and teachers put on their best face and it shows. Their collaborative methods have fostered so much growth in our daughter in a short time! It is comforting to know that along with all of the emotional support and care, that she is participating educational activities as well. We have gone from a 1 year old that didn't want to leave our side, to a well balanced toddler that often doesn't want to leave the building before saying goodbye to all of her teachers and friends! Bonus: they embrace cloth diapering!
