We lived at the Hunt Club Apartment for nearly 6 years. The apartments are a delightful community that gives families an affordable start in a spacious apartment. It is the best and most affordable apartment community in Perris. The management is friendly, helpful and fair. If you run into problems paying the rent, if you discuss it ahead of time then they are very understanding and accommodating. We made a wealth of friends and acquaintances that we will have for life because of our time living there. I recommend The Hunt Club to anyone in the area seeking an affordable apartmtent community in the area.

Great community, minimal interaction with other residents which I appreciate. Travis, the property manager, is great and maintenance is always reliable.
We love the open concept which is great for entertaining. I don’t see my family living in any other apartment in Perris or Moreno Valley. Rent may be high, but totally worth it in my eyes. Washer and dryer inside ? Priceless. Plenty of amenities. PS I have never seen a roach as others have been adding to reviews.

I lived at this apartment community many years. I moved their because my mother was sick. Over the many years in my life as a young adult I have lived various places and I have never lived any where like this wonderful complex. Twice a year maintenance is in your home to inspect EVERYTHING to insure all things are in tiptop shape. Maintenance needs reported to them are taken care of immediately, but requests are rarely needed because of their care. The grounds are well maintained, no trash anywhere. Cosmetics are great, meaning they resurface the parking lot and paint the outside routinely and when you renew your lease you are offered carpet cleaning for free. Management is open to most any activities within the clubhouse and have parties for the residents and the children throught the year. They have added a weight room for resident convenience and always greet you with a smile.

Don't believe the hype if somone says something negative they were likely one of those bad actors they DO NOT TOLERATE and were kicked out! The environment is peaceful and safe. My mom lives there, she feels safe and they look out for the seniors and children. The Hunt Club is a WONDERFUL living experience. When my daughter finishes college I'm headed back myself. You won't regret renting there. Tell them Dana sent you!!!!!

This has been my experience thus far. I have lived here for 3+ years; I have never had any problems with any kids doing anything to my car, passing by throwing anything; I personally never witnessed it. If there has been any problems we've found that it's been kids/teens that used to live here, or people that don't live on our premises... and Management is prompt in taking care of the issues.

I also keep to myself, but I do say hi to my neighbors, when coming and going, we are all gracious, and polite for the most part they all seem very nice; we all have our our bad days, we are only human. I've become good friends with some of my neighbors more than others.. Staff are nice as well, and maintenance, our grounds keepers do a great job as well the ones I've encountered are nice and polite and helpful, within their means.

I would recommend anyone to live here. Yes it's pricey but you pay for what you get. I've heard that there is some of our neighbors that get assistance to pay for rent, there's no shame in that. I wish I had that extra help. Nonetheless they treat everyone well, regardless if you get assistance or not; and that's none of any ones business if our neighbors get help or not. No shame in that; we all need help sometime in our lives.

We have a pool, basketball court, tennis court, soccer field, play grounds... etc. They also have different activities for all the tenants, like ice cream day activities like that, with raffles...The hunt club looks good, and it feels good to come home too.

I hope to meet you, if live here and when we come across each other. Don't knock it, come and get a tour of the place. If it was really bad place to live, the management would not live in our premises.. . Think about it, we would not put our growing family in jeopardy. Let's make it an Awesome day, week, year!
