We were visiting family in Cartersville. We had reserved a room at a different hotel. When we arrived the hotel had given our room away. We had a reservation. My wife in handicap and requires a room with a roll in shower. They offered a different room with a tub and bench. This would not work. They left us with no other options. We started calling around and we found Hilton Garden Inn. The person who answered the phone was so kind and helpful. Hilton Garden Inn was able to find us a room that meet our requirement. We were told to ask for Anthony Jr. when we arrived. Anthony knew all about our situation and had everything in motion as we arrived. The room was great. It had a roll in shower as we requested. The hotel was a great place to stay. Great service. Very clean. Breakfast was great. They made great Belgian waffles to order. My wife commented that this is one of few places that cooked the bacon correctly. Bottom line I highly recommend that if are in need of a hotel in Cartersville, GA choose Hilton Garden Inn Cartersville.

The room service maids are amazing. They have all made sure we was taken care of. The room was spotless when we checked in. It's an amazing hotel to stay at while visiting Georgia and the cleaning maids are on top of their job!!! Absolutely love this hotel we will definitely be coming back!!!!!!

We stayed here for several days. Over the course of our stay housekeeping went above and beyond for us! We were greeted with clean towels and a clean room every time we came back in. Anything we asked for was always brought quickly by staff. Will totally stay here again! Wonderful staff!!

A huge thank you and blessings for Mrs. Joyce, Tyrone, Little lady Abby, & Mr. Davidson. My stay was from April 21 - April 24. Even while there system for booking and reservations was down, and they did everything possible to have guests kept happy. Some weren’t as understanding, I patiently waited for a few hours upon arrival but gods blessings gifted me to Stay with them here for the weekend so I can relax and focus on my studies, soon to be taking my NREMT exam for certification as an EMT-B. I’ve never met such beautiful souls to have treated me and my stay like they had. I recommend this stay 110% and as for me, I’ll definitely be driving the distance for another relaxing weekend soon. Gods speed!!

After being out on the road for a week it's nice to come home to our home away from home, the Hilton Garden Inn Cartersville, GA. Don't feel like going down to their amazing restaurant/cafe.....no problem, room service compliments of Anthony. Thank you so much Anthony for all you and your staff do for us every week.
