Altais Medical Group Riverside

Formerly with Riverside Medical Center, I got assigned to Dr. Christensen by my group health. I've seen him a few times and he has been courteous and doesn't seem to rush you out the door. I do like the app My Chart that organizes all my medical providers and I can view test results, messages, after visit summaries, refills, medications and can communicate with my providers through it.

Dr. Choi was referred to me by my insurance. I was so happy & blessed to have Dr.Choi , and now he is one of my favorite doctors I see. His office on Brockton Ave in Riverside is very clean, has a big lobby area and the gals at the front desk are very nice.
I noticed right away, how organized they all are working together. The 3 visits I have gone to see Dr. Choi, I was called in right away to my room, and then the nurse is on top of it with your file & with getting info together and also doing your vitals.

She leaves and a dr. asst. comes in and gives you some more information and answers questions, and then goes to get Dr. Choi.
Not even a few minutes later, there he is smiling, and always having a relax and happy vibe feeling around him. Dr. Choi did a procedure on me a few weeks ago and I called his office 1 week later for results and was told to come in the next day to see him.

When do you now-a- days get a next day appointment, let alone the doctor's office answering their phones.
I highly recommend you check out Dr. Choi and his wonderful staff. You will be very happy you did and know; you are in good hands with him. 10-17-23

This place is great! It was my first visit, establishing care with Dr. Sarah Chae. She was very thorough with her exam, and made sure I understood everything she was telling me. The clinic was very clean and I was seen on a timely manner. Overall my experience was good.

Being a mom of 2 now my experience with Dr. Saenz has been the best pregnancy I’ve have gone through. My first born was born in the Orange County and I felt like every appointment lasted 5 minutes it was in and out. In Dr. Sanez office it was completely different. He answer all my questions and my appointments were never fast. His nurse Sandy was great as well. She always made me feel so welcomed. As I read the reviews it saddens me all the bad reviews. I call and make my appointments perfectly fine.
