Insurance, Incorporated has always been there for me, providing excellent service with a high level of professionalism and effectiveness. Most recently I needed assistance with a situation regarding assuring my Mercury Insurance coverage for my newly leased 2022 Buick Envision. Donna Cartier went above and beyond to facilitate and support me during this process, making me feel like a valued and important customer of Insurance, Incorporated. Donna even went the extra mile to initiate the research necessary to successfully locate the back-up information that was required. Donna is an excellent and knowledgeable part of the Insurance, Incorporated team. I feel that I have located the asset that is the reason the corporation has loyal customers, who continue renewing their association/affiliation.
