Prints on Wood had EXCELLENT customer service and reprinted and shipped us new ones immediately. Really took care of us, although the damage was obviously due to rough handling during shipping. Really grateful for the headache-free customer service and replacement. Very communicative and responsive throughout the whole process.

I just want to say that I could not be more pleased with the packaging, communication and overall fantastic customer service that I received. From placing the order to shipping to following up with me after I received my order, I can say that I am 150% satisfied with my experience. I had a special request for my order, and the response I received was very fast and totally positive. (January 11, 2016, 1:35 pm)They did an excellent job. I printed a sports memorabilia type poster on wood with the natural gloss finish. You can see the wood through in some places, which looks cool and kind of vintage. Came out really really nice!!

(October 24, 2015, 9:04 pm)Overall, I was very impressed by the color reproduction and quality of the wood and ink of the prints. The images are sharp and vibrant. If you prepared your image on a calibrated monitor, then you will be very happy that the prints will match. One of my prints wasn't everything I had hoped it would be and thanks to the fantastic customer service, it was reprinted and sent to me very quickly at no charge. I can't say enough about how great their customer service is at Prints on Wood. They are knowledgeable, attentive and pleasant to deal with. I will definitely buy more prints in the future.
