I have a rental property in Riverside California and was looking around for a reputable carpet cleaner. I looked on Yelp and Google and found All Star Chem-Dry. I spot to Mike on the phone for about 10 minutes b/c I have a pretty large home with lots of carpet. Mike took the time to explain the process and the time he would be able to come out. He was honest and upfront about the cost and the process for cleaning my carpet. Thank you for a great job.
Mike came out to my apartment to clean the carpet before I moved out (required by my apartments). I had a few dog pee spots and I needed them removed and to smell nice. Mike used some type of pet treatment to remove the odor and spot and thankfully I got my deposit and will be using Chem Dry from now on.
