  From beginning to end, the service received at Porsche of Riverside was outstanding! I was greeted by name before I even got out of my car. Paperwork was handled efficiently by Russell, who was very polite and pleasant. He kept me well-informed as to the progress of the services being performed. My windshield had a pit (noticed when we were purchasing the CPO vehicle) which was to repaired; it was determined that it couldn't be properly done, so the windshield was replaced at no charge. My husband has been bringing his 911 here for nearly eight years; I absolutely will be bringing my Macan in whenever service is needed.

  I always have my services done at Porsche Dealerships on my Macan S. In the past, I have brought it to 3 different dealers in the hopes that they would find what needed fixing and do their best to return my car reliably fixed, clean, and that they find what needs to be done and deal with it without surprises at my next service. I have not always been satisfied at the other Porsche dealerships in this regard, but can say that I am extremely satisfied with my service and my service representative, Henry Q. Porsche Riverside stands behind their product and is proud to support their brand at the highest level. I highly recommend Porsche Riverside and am extremely satisfied with the attentiveness, attention to detail, appreciation of loyalty, and communication I received. If you are thinking about purchasing a Porsche or where to take yours for service, it's worth the drive. Ask for Henry, he'll take great care of you and your Porsche. I highly recommend them.

  I asked the best server advisor Mike Barcelona to have the service department analyze a peculiar noise on my pan am era. One day after dropping off I had to leave town to visit an I’ll relative. Mike kept me updated every step of the way and the service team did extensive analysis (including the department manager) to find my issue. I had TOTAL PEACE OF MIND while I was away. The quality and professionalism that the service department, with Mike being 100%, literally 100% of the time is almost hard to conceive. If you want service that is efficient and with a little TLC as needed, go see Mike B. and the team at Walters Porsche!!! Thanks guys!!!

  Purchasing a Boxster S at Riverside Porsche was a dream come true. Sherman my sales representative, was courteous and professional. He made the experience enjoyable. Porsche Riverside is a beautiful facility. The entire team worked hard to make the experience happen. I’m thrilled to own my first Porsche. Thank you Sherman for helping me get behind the wheel of the car I always wanted. You rocked my world!

  I knew I was going to like Sherman Sims after viewing the video he sent me regarding the car I was interested in purchasing prior to visiting Walters Porsche Riverside. Sherman was friendly, knowledgeable and made me feel like family. I felt he had my best interest in mind and made the purchasing of my Porsche extremely pleasurable. There was no hassle or gimmicks. I would definitely recommend buying from Walters Porsche Riverside, and especially from Sherman Sims.
