This shop has literally went above and beyond for me . This last visit is one for the books and let me just say they have always done nothing but do right by me and my car , honest work , clean shop , always really friendly and able to help and accommodate most situations. Have you ever wanted an automotive shop with exceptional customer service, experience mechanics, and the owners, along with the staff, to treat you like a person? Kormodiv is that automotive shop and more!!! Words can't express my appreciation; this was my first time coming to Kormodiv, but let me share my story: My transmission went out on my Rs5 (yeah, on an Rs5), and living in Riverside, I needed an automotive shop I could trust, so I called. OMG, that first phone call was my first step to becoming a loyal customer. Karl was amazing and so funny. He assisted me and scheduled my appointment. Here is where you feel you are now a part of the Kormodiv family. The owner, Dave, calls me to explain his diagnosis to my car. He was friendly and courteous, and although I had terrible news, he humbly broke the news. Every step of the way, the shop crew, Dave and Mike, were just amazing, and I ask a lot of questions; not once did they make me feel like I was a burden. Kormodiv is the kind of shop I need, a shop where I have the liberty to ask questions, get quotes, message them, and not feel like I am bugging them; this experience was a blessing, and so glad I have Five Star Automotive Shop in my backyard. Kormodiv is awesome. Great work. I had taken my car to a different shop to have coilovers installed and it just didn't ride right so I was googling for other shops that do suspension and lowering. Kormodiv got really good reviews so I went there. Mike worked with me and he was awesome. He first told me they were moving to Riverside and it wasn't a good time but then after hearing how I wasn't happy with the other shop he said he would squeeze me in before Christmas. Right off the bat he said one side was about 1/4" lower than the other. I measured when I got home and he was right. Exactly 1/4" off. What an eye. Then he said most shops don't pre load before installing the coilovers and when he did the work, he said that was the case and it should ride better. It does. Way better. I liked them so much I ended up getting new wheels and tires from them and they lowered my car even more and it rides better due to the pre load. I told him I saw a one star review but it was actually positive so it was strange. He said it was an older customer who hit one star instead of 5 and couldn't go in and change it. So that made sense. These guys are great and they do other cars than just euro's. Mine is an import, Honda and they did great work and fast.
